The existing 1.6 gallons per flush (GPF) toilets won’t be replaced under this program. We are offering a rebate option for up to $90 per toilet excluding taxes. It’s on you to pick up the toilets, have them installed, and dispose of the old toilets so they aren’t used again.

The Ferguson toilet mentioned above is an EPA-rated WaterSense product. Start saving big when you get it. How Do You Apply for a WaterSense Qualified Toilet

• You can participate in the voucher option or the rebate option
• Voucher option for FREE toilets
• Complete the online toilet voucher application
• Attach a Landlord Consent letter from the owner agreeing to the installation of new toilets if you are staying in a rented house
• Once your application is approved, you will receive a a toilet voucher and map of available pick-up locations within ten (10) business days of receipt of your application.
• You have to show your voucher to the retailer when you collect your FREE toilet.
• Rebate option available (credit on water bill)
• You can purchase your toilets
• Complete the online toilet rebate application
• You must attach a copy of your purchase receipt to indicate the toilet purchased.
• A credit will be posted to your Dallas Water Utilities bill within two (2) billing cycles upon the approval of your application.
• The credit will be for the amount of $90 per toilet (up to two) or the purchase price of the toilet (excluding taxes), whichever is less
• You have to apply for a rebate within six months of the date on your receipt
• Reach out to us if you have not received your voucher or credit to your water bill within the appropriate time frame.
• Multi-family residential complexes: multi-family and master-metered condo owners are not eligible for rebates but may apply for vouchers
